Lauren Courtney Norman - Actor / Photographer

Lauren was born on December 19th in Baltimore, Maryland.

In 2000, Lauren graduated Summa Cum Laude from the International Baccalaureate Program at Spruce Creek High School. She was voted "Most Involved" in her senior class, and it was obvious as to the reason why. She played soccer for all four years, was a member of the orchestra, chorus, and theatre programs, and was inducted into the International Thespian Society, along with many other clubs. She also volunteered countless hours at summer programs encouraging children in the arts and sciences. It was also in high school that she started photography. Specializing in this area, she was accepted into many art shows regionally and state-wide.

During her college years at the University of Miami, she studied marine affairs, ocean policy, theatre, and archaeology. One of the best times of her college career was spending a summer in Italy studying art history and photography. The next year, she was able to spend seven months in England, at the University of Essex. During her time there, she backpacked around Europe for a month. Although she managed to adjust to many of the English customs, she never did conform to the idea of eating her chips with mayonnaise, but she did become accustomed to eating beans on toast.

Currently, Lauren lives and works in New York City. When she is not performing, she is auditioning. She likes to drink green tea, read and enjoys ballroom dancing.
