to the website of Lauren Courtney Norman
Lauren
is a recent graduate of the University of Miami. At the university,
she studied marine affairs, ocean policy, theatre, and anthropology.
As a marine biologist, she is a big advocate of sustainable fishing practices. She believes that consumer education is key in helping determine the future of wild fish stocks as well as supporting sustainable aquaculture practices.
As a photographer, her work has been seen locally and statewide
through competitions and gallery exhibitions. Currently
her artwork is on display at the Clay Gallery in New Smyrna
Beach Florida where she was the featured artist for June 2005. All of the artwork posted on this website
is for sale. Please contact her with inquires and/or orders.
As an actor, she has performed on
the stage, in film, and on television. During her time in Miami,
she became very involved in the acting community in South
Florida and is a member of the Theatre League of South Florida.
Lauren moved to New York City
and has been taking classes and auditioning. She is
currently preparing for a showcase at the Looking Glass
Theatre on August 29th at 8:00 PM.
